Help us make this Christmas magical!
Under the Stars Farm will be hosting a week of holiday events December 4th through December 11th. We are partnering with local business again this year to create The Enchanted Forest.
Why Sponsor a Tree in The Enchanted Forest?
Sponsoring a tree is a great way to market your business or organization while brightening the holidays for our community. The Christmas Tree display will create a magical welcome for every visitor during our week long holiday celebration, so don’t miss this opportunity to get involved by registering as a Christmas Tree Sponsor TODAY!
The Enchanted Forest Sponsorship is $200 per tree and includes:
- 6-7 feet tall,
- Christmas tree lights
- a logo identification sign
- Four (4) tickets to Holiday Lights
- Adopt a Family
It’s all about the Community and Helping Others!
Any monies that remain in Christmas Tree Sponsor Fund will be used to Adopt a Family for Christmas in partnership with a local organization. Additionally, all trees will also be donated to local families who would otherwise not be able to afford a Christmas Tree. All pick ups for donated trees will take place the week of December 13th.

SPONSORSHIP DETAILS
All Christmas Tree Sponsor forms and payments must be received by November 26th. Decorating dates are December 1st, 2nd and 3rd from 11am – 5pm. All tree decorating must be complete at 5pm on December 3rd. Tree sponsor will provide all tree decorations, equipment and
tools to decorate their assigned tree.
DECORATIONS: Ornaments should be well made, wind and water-resistant. Avoid using food (i.e., pasta) and paper as ornament decorations, as they will not withstand inclement weather. Keep in mind your tree will be approximately 6 to 7 feet tall. It is recommended that you have a minimum of 80 imaginative ornaments for your tree. Under the Stars Farm will provide lights.
RESTRICTIONS: Decorations must not contain any inappropriate or offensive language and or symbols. No profanity or inappropriate or offensive decor is allowed on tree decorations.
VOTING: All guests who attend December 4th through December 9th will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite trees. Voting will begin at 10:00am on December 4th and end at 8:30pm on December 9th.
CLOSING OF EVENT: On December 11th, our final day of Holiday Lights we will be hosting our Awards Ceremony for ‘Best Themed Tree’ and ‘Best Christmas Tree’. Winners will be notified Friday morning to allow for someone to be present on Saturday, December 11th from 5:30-8:30. If you would like to keep your decorations, you must arrange to un-decorate your tree between 11am and 5pm on assigned dates.
